A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), Paul is known for identifying overlooked opportunities and driving impactful business strategies. A published expert in consumer psychology and neuroscience, he challenges conventions in digital, software, and marketing.

Paul’s expertise extends to crisis communication, having supported international governments and organisations during critical global events, adding depth to his diverse skill set.

Outside of work, Paul can be found (still) playing rugby (he claims it is for charity) or working with England RFU to promote inclusivity and accessibility in the sport; however, his biggest passion is being a dad.
